Where is my order?

As soon as your have placed your order you can track its process via the My Orders tab as part of your account. Furthermore Blab Hair keeps you informed at each stage via email until dispatch. 

Where is my package?

If you have selected home delivery, a tracking number will be assigned to your package when it is shipped. A tracking number will be provided via email, use this to find regular updates online. 

Can I cancel my order?

If your package has not been shipped we may be able to make certain questions. 

If you order has already been shipped, issue a return request via our contact page


What are the terms of return?

Up to 14 days after the receipt of your order can you request an exchange (subject to availability) or a refund. Used products will not be accepted, returned products must be in tact, in their original packaging, without modification or alternation and complete packaging.
